We guarantee our products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship. If you run into any problems with something you bought from us, we'll gladly replace it, or else send you the appropriate replacement part at no cost to you. There's no time limit on this warranty; however, it doesn't cover any damage due to normal weathering and aging. Beachfront Furniture
Beachfront Furniture has a 15-year warranty on the color of our furniture. Any excessive fading or discoloring of the product is covered under this warranty. This does not cover any normal loss of color, chemicals or cleaning substances put on the furniture causing discoloring. The construction of the furniture has a warranty of five years for residential use and three years for commercial use. This covers any cracking, splitting, or breakdown of the material. The warranty does not cover any abuse or mistreatment of the furniture. If any alterations or changes are made to the furniture after it leaves our factory, all warranties are void. Non-defective items may NOT be returned, and all sales are final barring defective merchandise.

This warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. "Defects" is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which are received by regular use of the furniture. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is given only to the original purchaser (the "Buyer") of this new garden furniture. Richey Industries, Inc. warrants that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service as long as the Buyer owns the Product. WHAT IS NOT COVERED: 1. Damage caused by or resulting from shipping, product misuse, abuse, neglect, harmful chemicals, improper assembly or maintenance, or accidents. 2. We have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty on all of our products. So if the product has issues with craftsmanship within the time period then we will send the customer a new replacement. If a product has missing parts, we will send the customer the proper missing parts. If the product is damaged we will assess whether we can send the customer a replacement part or send the customer a new item. Malibu Outdoor Living
Malibu offers a 20 year limited residential warranty and a 7 year limited commercial warranty. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and starts on the date of purchase. We warranty our products to be free from manufacturing defects and structural failure. Normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, incorrect assembly, staining, fading, chemical misuse, and acts of God are not covered. Our stainless steel fasteners are covered against structural failure but not structural failure due to rusting. Rusting is not covered in this warranty. The original purchaser is responsible for providing a proof of purchase to obtain warranty. Malibu, at it's own discretion, will replace or repair defective products. Shipping and handling is not covered by this warranty. Our products are UV protected and require very little maintenance. To clean, use soap and warm water regularly. Stains may require some additional care. A mild bleach and water solution is recommended. A soft bristle brush may be used for all cleaning. We use high quality stainless steel. Our stainless fasteners and all stainless steel when put in a salt environment will eventually show some signs of corrosion. This can be prevented by routine rinsing or washing of the fasteners. If we can prove any piece of furniture is defective due to improper workmanship and/or material, we will replace that part or the whole product, at no charge. The Pressure Treated Pine and Premium Uwharrie Polymer used in Uwharrie Chair products are warranted against termites and decay when used in normal environmental conditions. The Premium Uwharrie Polymer is also warranted against cracking when used in normal environmental conditions. The hardware is warranted against corrosion due to exposure to normal environmental conditions. The original consumer is entitled to receive new wood and polymer parts for damage to rot or termites. The original consumer is entitled to receive new polymer parts for cracking. The original consumer is also entitled to replacement hardware if any screws or bolts experience corrosion under normal environmental conditions.Since colors are painted on an order by order basis, returns for non-defective merchandise are not accepted. VIFAH warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our product and all its parts and components are free of defects in material and workmanship within one year from the date of purchase. If you find a defect in material or workmanship in any part or component, VIFAH will, at VIFAH's option, repair or replace the furniture free of charge. "Defects", as used in this warranty, are defined as imperfection in material or workmanship that will impair the use of the furniture product. Our warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of furniture parts and components. This warranty does not cover: 1) defects caused by improper assembly, 2) defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, 3) normal wear and tear due to age, and 4) labor or assembly costs.
