AdirondackChairsOnly.com will process your order immediately after it has been placed. Brands that are carried in our warehouse and are guaranteed to ship out same day are indicated on the left hand side by this symbol . All other brands will ship out in the allotted time specified on the product page itself. Some furniture is made to order and can take longer to ship.
See the FedEx transit time chart below to determine your transit time once your order has shipped. If your situation does not allow for ground shipment, please give us a call and we can offer upgraded and express shipping to insure that your package arrives on time. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, you must select USPS at checkout. We are proud to offer free shipping to all APO/FPO and PO Box - simply select FedEx SmartPost at checkout. For Shipment to Canada, simply choose the FedEx Canada option. Otherwise, please choose FedEx Ground for faster delivery.
Adirondack Chairs Only strives to meet your needs. We manually verify every order for accuracy. Rest assured we will ensure your order consists of matching items (mostly size, style, color and brand) and we will contact you if we see any issue with your order.
Depending on the size of your order and its destination, we will contact you if any shipping issues arise. Certain orders to remote areas may not be deliverable, or may incur surcharges. In either case, we will contact you personally to guarantee your experience with Adirondack Chairs Only is satisfactory as possible.
This map is for FedEx Ground only. Please note that FedEx Ground delivers on Saturdays but NOT on Mondays. If you are placing an order on Wednesday before 4 p.m. and are in the "2 business day" group, your order will be delivered on Friday. If you are in the "4 business day" group, your order will be delivered on the Tuesday immediately following the weekend.

Outside the Contiguous U.S. and International Orders
The products are under the manufacturer's guarantee for a full year and will be replaced for free, but the customer will have to pay for the shipping of the items to be replaced. If an item is defective or damaged, we cannot replace at no charge. Customs, brokerages, taxes, or any other fees are the responsibility of the customer. United State Postal Service orders will ship in 1-3 days and delivery is not guaranteed and at the risk of the recipient.
Delayed or Refused Delivery
FedEx will always make 3 attempts to deliver your packages to your house. They will leave a note so that you can reach them or sign for your package to be left outside your home. If after 3 attempts, FedEx was not successful in delivering the packages and that the packages are sent back to us for this reason, the customer will have to pay the full shipping costs (as estimated on the FedEx web site) for reshipment. For refused delivery, actual shipping charges will be deducted from credit made on returned merchandise.
Although rare, shipping damage does occur. In the event that your product is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to identify and replace the damaged item/items and will submit a claim directly to the shipping company. There is no need for you to contact the shipping company, as you would have been inconvenienced enough already. We will reship the damaged items/parts at no cost to you using the same shipping method used in the first place. We will process reshipment of items immediately but we will not expedite the shipping on reshipment.

Updated tracking information is available after 6 p.m. daily.
Pricing and payment information are not included on any material shipped with items. If you are sending a gift to someone, it is well advised to notify the recipient of this delivery.
If you are not satisfied with an item you simply pay for the shipping to get it back to us and we will credit you the amount of the product. You can send back anything you are not happy with ... no matter what the reason. It does not matter if you changed your mind, or if the color you selected clashes with the tulips in your yard, or even if your dog doesn't like what you bought.
